The invention relates to a floor grinding device, which is particularly intended for grinding a floor with a floor treatment device such as a combination machine, floor treatment machine or the like. The device comprises a tool instrument to be used in the floor treatment device by rotating the same, which instrument is a substantially porous washer, polish, wax disc or the like for performing the basic functions of the floor treatment device, and a grinding instrument such as a diamond disc which is to be detachably coupled to the in connection with the tool instrument, or preferably several of the kind which are substantially similar and arranged symmetrically in connection with the tool instrument.
At present, in the above-mentioned context, various floor treatment devices are used for treating and maintaining highly disparate floor surfaces. Combination machines in this context usually relate to top driven or pushable processing machines, with which e.g. washing the floor with water can be carried out in such a way that water can also be drawn from the floor with the machine. There may be several rotating disks in this type of combination machine. In contrast, e.g. also sliding floor treatment machines which use a rotating disc.
In addition, it is known for a more efficient floor grinding that e.g. diamond discs which are coupled removably e.g. for the bottom surface of an ordinary washing, polishing or waxing disc used for flooring is utilized in connection with the above mentioned device types. In this way, thanks to the diamond discs attached to the disc, the same can also be used for more efficient floor grinding in addition to basic washing and treatment procedures. For their part, two types of diamond discs are usually used during construction, i.e. metal binding diamond discs and also plastic binding diamond discs. Furthermore, it is known at this time that the diamond discs are connected in the simplest way by e.g. adhesive tape attachment to the bottom surface of a porous tool instrument, e.g. a washer, with the present novelty being diamond discs, which are attached to the bottom of the washer with glue which, however, no longer allows the washer to be used for its original purpose after the removal of a diamond disc which is glued thereon.
3 DK 2014 00146 U1
The speed of rotation of e.g. Floor processing machines with a so-called slow rotation typically vary between 150-500 revolutions per minute, whereas the speed of floor processing machines with a so-called rapid rotation can even be over 900 revolutions per minute. Therefore, coupling the diamond discs only to the bottom surface of the washer always poses a risk, as the diamond disc can fly away at a high rate in the event that the washer is worn, the adhesive tape attachment is so felted, or the bonding of the diamond disc fails, hence this poses a risk to occupational safety. in addition to other possible damage caused.
The purpose of the floor grinding device of the present invention is to achieve a marked improvement over the problems described above and thus substantially raise the level of the prior art. In order to fulfill this purpose, the device according to the invention is mainly characterized in that it comprises fasteners for coupling the abrasive instrument with the tool instrument on the one hand via a fastening frame supported by its front surface and on the other side of an auxiliary frame which is supported. of its back surface.
As the major advantages of the device according to the invention, the simplicity and efficiency of the structures related thereto and their use are thanks to one or more abrasive instruments such as diamond discs which can be coupled for use in a fast and reliable manner thanks to a two-sided attachment thereof to the tool instrument without risk. for e.g. an accidental separation of a diamond disc during grinding. The fastening means according to the invention may advantageously be implemented e.g. as a connecting structural unit made of an elastic / flexible material that reaches the opposite sides of the tool instrument.
Therefore, because of the invention, a grinding instrument, e.g. a diamond disk suitable at any time for the purpose, e.g. a washer in an easily attachable manner and removable, without breaking the washer, in such a way that the washer as a further advantageous embodiment is locked with the washer, e.g. by anchoring means passing through the washer, and / or by retaining means in the opposite fastening and auxiliary frame, which is pressed down on the outer and inner surface of the washer. With a coupling of the tool instrument and the grinding instrument (s) implemented according to the device according to the invention, the floor treatment procedures can be effectively intensified, while at the same time improving working safety.
Other advantageous embodiments of the device according to the invention have been described in the dependent claims related thereto.
In the following description, the invention is illustrated in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein in Figures 1a-1c there is shown a bottom view, a cross-sectional view and an upper view of an advantageous device according to the invention, in Figures 2a-2c there are views according to the invention. Fig. 1 shows a second alternative device according to the invention; Figs. 3a-3c show views according to Fig. 1 of a third alternative device according to the invention; Figs. 4a-4c show views according to Fig. 1 of a fourth alternative device according to the invention, Figures 5a-5c furthermore show views according to Figure 1 of a fifth alternative device according to the invention, and furthermore, Figures 6a and 6b show firstly a coupling of a wax disk equipped with abrasive instruments coupled thereto by by means of fasteners according to the invention, to a floor treatment device's puller platform, and on the other hand is shown a use of the above combination in floor grinding.
The invention relates to a floor grinding device, which is particularly intended for grinding a floor with a floor treatment device such as a combination machine, floor treatment machine or the like. The device comprises a tool instrument 1 to be used in the floor grinding device by rotating the same, which instrument is a substantially porous washing, polishing, waxing disc or the like for performing the basic functions of the floor processing device, and a grinding instrument 2 such as a diamond disc to be coupled. removable in connection with the tool instrument 1, or preferably several of the kind which are substantially similar and arranged symmetrically in connection with the tool instrument 1. The device comprises fastening means 3 for coupling the abrasive instrument 2 with the tool instrument 1 on one side via a attachment frame 3a supported by its front face 1a and, on the other hand, via an auxiliary frame 3b supported by its rear face 1b.

As the wax disk 1 is pushed in towards this attachment surface, the tool instrument 1 locks into place as the spikes on the attachment surface K penetrate the porous wax disk. Then, the wax disk which is equipped with e.g. diamond discs, thus used for floor grinding in the manner shown in Figure 6b, which disc is rotated w by the floor treatment device.
The simplest embodiments of the invention are shown in Figures 1a-1c and 2a-2c, wherein the fastening means 3 comprise an auxiliary frame 3b mounted on the back surface 1b of the washer, where the auxiliary frame can be directly coupled to the fastening frame 3a which in connection with the abrasive instrument 2 such as a diamond disc is placed on the face of the washer.
